Hatha flow will create heat throughout the entire body as one move channels to the next. Deep Meditation for total relaxation of the mind and body to follow.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Connecting postures that create heat. The body is in continuous motion. Hatha yoga experience is helpful but not required.
Yogalates
Feel the fusion of Hatha Yoga and Pilates.
HOT Yoga Fusion
Room heated to 85 to 105 degrees. Please consult doctor regarding physical conditions or drug prescriptions prior to attending this class. Flowing, power yoga postures. Vigorous yet will be customized for all levels via modifications. Mind, body and breath join in unison to achieve optimal benefits.
Hot 26
Demanding series of 26 postures performed in a precise order. This 90 minute program systematically works the entire body, concentrating on every organ, bone, joint, muscle, ligament, tendon, blood vessel, nerve and gland. Incorporating strength, balance, and flexibility, Mind, body and breath join in unison to achieve optimal benefits.
Gentle YOGA Fusion
A soft blend of three different styles of yoga. Learn the foundation of each posture, proper breathing techniques followed by a brief meditation/relaxation.
