The classes are firmly rooted in the classical Pilates matwork format with modifications and variations to suit the attendees. Mat class encourages students to work deeply and will improve posture, core stability, balance, flexibility, and form of the upper and lower body simultaneously.
Pilates on the Ball
Combines the principles, exercises and breathing patterns of Classical Pilates with the dynamic qualities of the exercise ball.
Classical Pilates
Authentic Pilates style that focuses on breath to motion while sustaining core control. Complimented by stretching of all the major muscle groups. The body will feel leaner and longer.
Pilates with Magic Ring
Stimulate and challenge yourself by accompanying traditional Pilates mat work with the Pilates Magic Circle.
Total Body Sculpt
One hour of complete tone and tightening exercises. Build muscle, increase stamina and endurance and boosts metabolism using hand weights, body bars and other body sculpting props. Sneakers are required.
Cardio Core & Balance
A total body conditioning class with focus on cardiovascular, core tightening, and upper as well as lower body sculpting. Test your coordination with kickboxing, martial arts style motion to increase metabolism, burn fat, and tone the whole body. Sneakers are required.
Stretch Max
Complete stretching for all the major muscle groups and joints from head to toe. Promotes flexibility and lean muscle growth.
